Life can leave us feeling immobilized, uncertain, and disconnected from our true selves. Difficult life experiences or trauma can come to shape us, impacting our relationships with ourselves, others, and one’s mental health. It leaves wounds that make us feel stuck in our patterns or emotions that overwhelm us and stop us from living the life we want to lead. Do you feel hopeless, lost, or stuck? Or perhaps you desire change and just don’t know where to start? Everyone deserves a space to be heard and understood. I am here to guide and support you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth.

As a Chinese Canadian, who grew up in Hong Kong and then later moved to Canada, I understand firsthand the difficulties of adapting to a new culture and navigating life as a person of colour. I value the importance in acknowledging the experiences of individuals from different walks of life. I believe every person is unique and has their own life story. That is why I am committed to cultivating connections rooted in empathy and curiosity to work towards understanding you better and how I can best support you.

A quote I love says, “To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear.” From my own personal experience with therapy, I understand how daunting entering therapy can be. Unpacking emotions and experiences can be uncomfortable. I am here to empower you to conquer the fear and recognize the innate wisdom and strength within yourself to help you love the parts of yourself that seem hard to love; develop self-awareness; as well as cope better with life’s stressors.

I will be with you every step of the way. Together, we will deepen your relationship with yourself and move towards living the life you envision for yourself with radical self-love and healing. I am excited to walk by you on your journey. Let’s do this together!
